Our goal is to have an accurate and complete database of agencies,
organizations and programs in communities across the state of Missouri and
in the southwest region of Illinois.
Please search our database
and notify us if any of
your information is out-of-date. If you are not currently listed, you may apply for
inclusion.
How to apply
1. Please read our entire
inclusion criteria before applying. Among other requirements,
agencies must:
- Provide services to residents of Missouri or
any county in Illinois currently served by the United Way of Greater St. Louis
(Calhoun, Clinton, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, Randolph or
St. Clair)
- Provide a human service
- Be a registered tax-exempt or government-supported
organization, a religious institution or an organization comprised entirely
of volunteers (certain for-profit organizations may be included)
- Provide the 2-1-1 database with accurate and complete
information
- Sign a form to verify that the organization has not
been found guilty of fraud and does not discriminate on the basis of race,
religion, gender or national origin
Inclusion in the 2-1-1 database does not imply United Way membership, funding or
endorsement.

3. Fill out any addendum forms which apply to your agency or programs:

*Note: Our policy requires a documented signature on each form;
therefore, if you plan to e-mail the form to us, please include a scanned
signature in the appropriate location on each form.
5. Your local 2-1-1 Resource Specialist will follow up with you regarding
your listing.
